Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to us at [email protected].
A cancellation is accepted when you have sent an email and received a reply stating that the cancellation has been confirmed.

For Individuals:

  • Cancellation recieved more than 48 hours prior to arrival are fully refunded.
  • Cancellation recieved less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged full price.

For group bookings (5 or more paid rooms):

    • For group bookings (5 paid rooms and more) a name list should arrive within 10 weeks prior to arrival. With a name list you confirm the number of participants and other rooms booked under the same group will automatically be cancelled. You can keep the rooms under no name, but then the cancellation policy will apply.
    • In case of cancellation 6-4 weeks prior to arrival, we will charge 20 % of our rack prices.
    • In case of cancellation 4-2 weeks prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of our rack prices.
    • In case of cancellation 2 weeks to 48 hours prior to arrival, we will charge 75% of our rack prices.
    • In case of cancellation later than 48 hours prior to tour departure or no show, we charge for the whole booking.
    • For Individuals within a group, but no more than 2 rooms, cancellation is possible up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge, later than that we charge the full amount.
