Recharge in the Barnyard initiative
Eldhestar joined forces with Hey Iceland and other parties on "Recharge in the Barnyard" to promote environmentally friendly travel. As transportation is crucial in tourism, we're focusing on reducing greenhouse gases by adopting electric vehicles (EVs). To speed up EV adoption, we'll support expanding services for guests wanting to use electric cars during their travels around Iceland.
